Numerical study of the holding of structures and tools on press. | |
Syllabus | |
Teaching as a project realized with the Ansys simulation software (Workbench 17.1). Mini-Project on a complete press tooling: - Dissociated study on forming and cutting punches - Subassembly study of working tools - Advanced study with simulation of sheet punching in explicit analysis - Treatment of results on these simulations and proposals for improvements - Presentation of the results by group: at each session 10min / group + mini-project defense in the last session. - Writing a calculation note at the end of module. |
