• Study of fundamental tools available to control production, operations, and projects. • acquire a methodology of action (define objectives, plan, control), • develop actors' autonomy (respect commitments, take initiative and decision, prioritize and make choices) • set up negotiation processes (recognition of the other, ability to define a common goal, to work together) • locate the leadership function (coordinate, arbitrate, stimulate, stay the course). |
